Ritz Carlton Residences

tanding 30 feet tall at the prominent intersection of Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples, Florida, Vivacious was commissioned by STOCK Development as the signature sculpture for the entrance to the Ritz-Carlton Residences. Positioned at one of the most visible corners in the city, the sculpture was envisioned as an iconic landmark that reflects the sophistication, elegance, and enduring quality of this world-class luxury community.

Our design process began with collaboration. Working closely with the development team, architects, landscape architects, and project stakeholders, we sought to understand the vision for the property, the architectural language of the residences, and the experience they wanted to create for residents and visitors. Rather than designing a sculpture in isolation, every aspect of Vivacious was carefully developed to complement its surroundings and reinforce the identity of the project.

Inspired by the movement of coastal winds and the fluid elegance of the Gulf of Mexico, the sculpture’s sweeping stainless steel forms rise toward a luminous sphere, creating a composition that conveys energy, balance, and aspiration. Its mirror-polished surfaces continuously reflect the surrounding architecture, palm trees, water features, and changing Florida sky, ensuring the sculpture remains dynamic throughout the day and from every approach.
